What we need from you:
- Suppressor SERIAL number (entered into the text box on the top right of this listing)
- Brief description of the issue, baffle strike, etc.
- YOU MUST UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR GOV ISSUE ID (DL or passport)
- YOU MUST UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR FORM 4
- IF YOUR ADDRESS ON THE FORM 4 HAS CHANGED, you must include legal proof of new address (vehicle registration, updated ID, etc) FORGETTING THIS INFO WILL DELAY YOUR REPAIR!!!
- IF THE SUPPRESSOR IS STILL ON FORM 4 PENDING APPROVAL (DEALER IN POSSESSION), THE DEALER MUST HANDLE RETURN PROCESS AND INCLUDE COPY OF FFL AND SOT WITH SHIPMENT
- Upon approval we will email you a shipping label (24-48 hours)
- USE THE PROVIDED SHIPPING LABEL ONLY!!! It will be emailed to you.
- Suppressor repairs take about 30-60 days
- RETURN ONLY THE SUPPRESSOR:
- DO NOT SHIP ANY ATTACHMENTS, Quick Detach mounts, thread over brake mounts OR ADAPTERS WITH THE SUPPRESSOR!!!
- REMOVE ALL ATTACHMENTS FROM THE MAIN HUB THREAD!!!
