This program offers the deepest discount we as a manufacturer can afford. NO MINIMUM ORDER!
We make it extremely profitable for you to offer our suppressors to your local market. The profit from selling one can per month would cover the monthly fee.
- Monthly FEE for enrollment (once ordered we will email you confirmation)
- By purchasing this enrollment you are contractually agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth (print a copy for your records)
- Minimum of 12 month enrollment, cancel anytime and revert to standard Dealer discount rate
- Requires never charging customers dealer transfer fees of any kind on Rex Silentium Suppressors (regardless of form3 origin)
- Includes free, periodically released promotional materials
- Inclusion in direct advertising campaigns
- Inclusion in our separate Master NFA Dealer list (which will inform customers that you do not charge transfer fees and match our periodic sales) - A link to this list will be in each suppressor listing on our website -
ALL NFA DEALERS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP) PLEASE READ!!!
- DO NOT ADVERTISE AT PRICES BELOW THE LOWEST PRICE ON OUR WEBSITE (this includes individual items and combos).
- Sell our products for whatever price you like, but DO NOT advertise below our public prices, ever.
- Advertising a percentage discount on our products does not violate MAP according to the following terms:
- You may only conduct an advertised percentage discount on our products for up to 15 total days per year!
- Days matching our sales and combos DO NOT COUNT towards your 15 days per year.
- Dealers advertising a percentage discount associated with Rex Silentium products longer than 15 total days will have their dealer accounts cancelled.
- Some exceptions apply and we encourage you to ask us about your promotions!!! Asking goes a long way!
